Lighting & Shading

  • Smart switches/dimmers with scenes: Home, Away, Night, Guest.
  • Curtain/shutter control to manage daylight and heat gain.

Climate

  • Smart thermostat(s) with optional TRVs for room-level control.
  • Economy setbacks at night/away; quick overrides on arrival.

Safety & Video

  • Smart sensors (motion, door/window, smoke/gas/water leak).
  • Cameras (2–5 MP) and doorbells with alerts and simple clip sharing.

Power & Control

  • Smart sockets to cut standby loads for media/chargers.
  • Hub for local scenes; app control and Alexa voice on supported setups.

Scenes & Routines

  • Home: comfort temp, daytime lighting, softened alerts.
  • Away: security arming, selective lighting, notifications on.
  • Night: path lighting, climate setback, quiet alerts.
  • Guest/Cleaning: temporary overrides with one tap.

Do you support voice control?
Yes, on supported models we enable Alexa voice shortcuts for scenes and devices. We confirm specifics during quoting.
Can we phase the project by rooms?
